Below is my Beloved's fashion statement for Monday.
I don't care if he does wear boots with his shorts, he is one fine specimen of a man. My soul loves his soul.
We had a bad week last week, just heavy.
Do you know what he did?
He took a personal day.
A day to spend with me, un-heavy-ing the cares of last week. We spent the whole weekend doing nothing and then something but mostly nothing, just being together.
Together as a family and together as a couple.
It was bliss, pure bliss.
We need to find a way to be independently wealthy.

Ha! Let me know if you get the whole independently wealthy thing figured out. We hash over that one a lot. :-) Mostly sitting in the woods wishing we could make money sitting in the woods.
(Mine had last week off, for togetherness purposes. It was wonderful. We just hung out and lazed around a lot and my sweetie played a lot of Call of Duty, which he needs. I feel compelled to say that, as if he wasn't actually at home when he was playing Call of Duty. Haha. tell you what, it's a comfort to know that my man could defend us single-handedly from invading armies while I chew on his ear. Is that TMI? Sorry. My point simply was that that's what makes him so good at his job too, but the break from work focus is necessary for us all. The single-mindedness of him is amazing to me.
