A few random notes from the first week in September

Here is Emy being pulled in a sled by her cousin Lulu at my sister's place.

Emy dressed herself today. Not a bad job really.

Telling me how old she is.

Going shopping with mom's purse.

And So That's What She Did?

The name of my blog comes from my Great Grandma (She is second from the right in the five generation photo above). She suffered from Alzheimer's and in her last days would tell stories that made no sense or were incoherent but every one of them ended with "And so that's what she did. . ." or "And so that's what she said. . . " And while I wasn't around (I was alive just not in town) to hear any of these stories, they are my favorite to hear from my Grandma. So I decided to title my blog in memory of My Great Grandma, Lillian Lucille Coney. . . "and so that's what she did."
